This is a modular controller consisting of the power board and the control board.  The power board has 2 trim pots for controlling the current limit. It can operate on a voltage range between 12v and 30v with a continuous current of 50 amps and a peak current of 100amps for 2 minutes. It also features a 3-pin terminal to accept a potentiometer to control acceleration. The basic control board has the following features:-

· Forward/Reverse via a 2-pin terminal

· On/Off & Speed control via a 3-pin terminal to accept digital input (from PLC)

· Acceleration control via 3 pin terminal.

· Optional dynamic breaking board

The Advance control board has a 16 bit processor (XB5-03005016-S0) with bigger memory.  It features::

· 3 digital inputs for controlling ,on/off frw/rev  limit switch

· 6 analogue inputs for controlling speed ,acceleration, deceleration 

pressure switch etc

· 3 digital outputs.

 This board can be highly customized/programmed to suit a variety of applications.  It can also accept an optional display on which the user can monitor motor current, motor speed, voltage, current limit, etc.
